By downloading, installing, or using Weather DualDeg (the "App"), published by Ghysapp ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is not directed at children and is not knowingly used to collect information from anyone under 13. If you are under the age required by your country to consent to these Terms on your own behalf, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.
Weather DualDeg displays forecast, current-conditions, and astronomy data sourced from third-party providers (including WeatherAPI.com, national meteorological services such as the U.S. National Weather Service, Météo-France, DWD, and MET Norway, and IP-based approximate-location services). This data is provided "as is" and "as available," for general informational purposes only.
Weather forecasting is inherently uncertain. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown in the App, and you should not rely on the App as your sole source of information for decisions where an inaccurate forecast could put you, others, or property at risk (for example: severe weather, travel, aviation, marine, agricultural, or medical decisions). Always consult official government or emergency-management sources for safety-critical weather information.
If you grant location permission, the App uses your device's location to fetch weather for where you are. If you decline, the App may use an approximate, IP-based location instead. See our Privacy Policy for details on how location data is used and, importantly, not retained by us.
Unless you have purchased "Remove Ads," the App displays banner advertisements through Google AdMob, which mediates demand from several third-party advertising networks (including AppLovin and Mintegral). We do not control the content of individual ads. Your interactions with ads, and any data collected for advertising purposes, are governed by the consent choices you make in the App and by the respective terms and privacy policies of Google and these advertising partners. The App is free to use and supported by ads. We offer an optional, one-time, non-consumable "Remove Ads" purchase. All payment processing, billing, and refunds are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not process payments or store payment information ourselves. Refund requests must be made through Apple's or Google's own support channels and are subject to their respective policies.

The App, including its design, branding, and underlying code (but excluding third-party weather data and open-source components), is owned by Ghysapp and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your license under these Terms does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghysapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App — including damages arising from reliance on weather data displayed in the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge that:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App, and delete it from your device, at any time.
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, USA.
